There is a charge of 2p per item. (This is the minimum charge the ordering software will accept)
When you spend £10 or over on Paper Crafts you may pick one item from Section One of this page
When you spend £20 or over on Paper Crafts you may pick either 2 items from Section One OR 1 Item from the Section Two page
When you spend £30 or over on Paper Crafts you may pick either 1 item from Section Three OR 1 item from Section 2 and 1 item from Section 1 OR 3 items from Section 1
Our Standard Delivery Charge for Paper Craft orders under £12-50 is £1-50.

Returns
All purchases are backed by our 14 day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Should your goods have been damaged in transit then please either e-mail or telephone the shop within 3 working days of receipt and we will issue you with a return code. We will refund the reasonable cost of posting once we receive the goods back at the shop. Please do not return any goods without contacting us.
If you have ordered the wrong product or just simply changed your mind then goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. Goods must be returned in the unopened original display packaging and must be suitable for re-sale. We will refund the original cost once the goods have been received at the shop. Before returning any goods please contact the shop for a return code..
With all returns, to safeguard all parties, please obtain a free “proof of posting” certificate from Royal Mail.
