We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Returns

All purchases are backed by our 14 day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Should your goods have been damaged in transit then please either e-mail or telephone the shop within 3 working days of receipt and we will issue you with a return code.  We will refund the reasonable cost of posting once we receive the goods back at the shop.  Please do not return any goods without contacting us.

If you have ordered the wrong product or just simply changed your mind then goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt at your own expense.  Goods must be returned in the unopened original display packaging and must be suitable for re-sale. We will refund the original cost once the goods have been received at the shop. Before returning any goods please contact the shop for a return code..  

With all returns, to safeguard all parties, please obtain a free “proof of posting” certificate from Royal Mail.

Delivery  Times

Good are normally dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of your order..- Same day if at all possible

 Delivery Charges  (UK Only)

Our Delivery Charges for orders under £12-50 is as follows:-

1p to £1-99 = 99p

£2-00 to £4-99= £1-25

£5-00 to £9-99 = £1-35

£10-00 tp £12-49 = £1-50

Orders over £12-50 are post free (with the exception of some of the very large Hunkydory kits, as indicated on the page)

 Our Standard Delivery for Medium orders (roughly up to 20 Cards) is Royal Mail Second Class  Post

If you would like your order sent by  First Class Post  then there is an additional charge of 50p per order.

Please Send My Order By 1st Class Post (70p)

We Always obtain a “Proof Of Posting” If you would like your order Tracked then there is an additional charge of 90p

Please Track My Order (90p)

Large Orders (eg Large Card Kits etc) are normally sent by courier and tracked (usually MyHermes)

Craft Club

The Craft Club as such, has been discontinued due technical difficulties. However, all previous customers will receive a discount, minimum 10% when we launch phase one of the new site.  Individual discounts which will depend on order history will be advised shortly.

Orders to destinations other than the United Kingdom

We send orders Worldwide at the most economical rates possible.  

You can either order from the site directly.

When we receive your order we will  send you a Paypal Invoice for the additional shipping costs.  If you do not wish to pay the extra postage then we will cancel your order and send you an immediate refund.

Or you can send us an email with a list of what you would like to order.  We will then advise you of the additional costs involved.  When you make order you can then add the extra shipping costs using the table below.. Or if you wish, you can can  exclude the shipping costs and we can send you a Paypal invoice for the shipping.

Shown below is a guide to the shipping rates. This is only approximate as cards vary in weight quite considerably

From the Website (Current System)

Simply click once (Clicking more than once may cause a delay and may order multiple items) on the add to basket button near the item you wish to buy. You will then be taken to the Paypal shopping page, which opens in a new window, if you wish you can alter the quantity or remove items from your basket,  then click “update cart”.  

If you wish to continue shopping click the “continue shopping” button, if the Paypal shopping page does not close then close it by clicking “yes” to the pop-up “Please Open a new browser window to continue shopping” and click the   X  in the top right hand corner of the pay pal window.

Otherwise click proceed to check out.  You may then pay by any credit card or paypal.

Please only select from the Bonus Gift Pages if your Paper Craft order is at least £10

Katies Kabin Bonus Gifts Are Based on Your Order value  in Units of £10 for Section One. Units of £20 for Section Two and Units of £60 for Section Three.

Example:-

When Your Paper Craft Order Is at Least £10 (excluding Postage) You May Select Any

One Gift from Section One of the Gifts Pages.

When Your Order Is at Least £20 You May Select Either One Gift from Section Two or Two Gifts from Section One. If Your Order Is at Least £30 You May Select Either Three Gifts from Section One or One Gift from Section Two and Two Gifts from Section One, and Pro-rata

When your order is at least £60 you may select either one Gift from Section Three or three gifts from Section Two or six Gifts from Section One and pro rata

There is a charge of 2p per item - This is the minimum charge the ordering system will accept
